1.		This draw is not open to employees of JTB & their participating partner and their families, or any agency working directly on this project.
2.		All participants entering the contest and the winner & his/her travel companion must be residents of India and of age 18 & above as on December 31, 2011 and must be in possession of - (a) a valid Indian passport with minimum eight months validity, at the time of entering the contest and (b) have the required documentation to procure Thailand & Malaysia visas.
3.		No purchase of any kind is required to enter the contest. Only one entry per person is permitted. If any person submits multiple entries through multiple email IDs, he/she will be disqualified from the draw.
4.		Competition will close at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, February 15, 2012 and the winner will be announced by a draw on Thursday, February 16, 2012. The contest prize is subject to availability. Travel must be completed on a sailing before March 31, 2012. No extensions will be considered.
5.		The prize, i.e. inclusions onboard SuperStar Virgo, is correct at the time of announcing the winner. The promoter reserves the right to alter the details if necessary. These will be confirmed to contest winner before booking his/her sailing onboard SuperStar Virgo.
6.		There is no cash prize alternative available and the prize is non-transferable.
7.		By entering this contest, you agree that the information provided by you may be used by us for the administration of this draw, and we may also use the information to carry out research about this competition and communicate future promotions to you.
8.		Prize winner will be notified by email after the draw.
9.		JTB reserves the right to announce the winner's name on all platforms through which this contest is being marked. Winner will also be required to give a testimonial on his trip onboard SuperStar Virgo which will also be featured on all platforms.
10.		Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of free prize/s and shall be payable by the winner of the respective prize.
11.		The responsibility of holding a valid passport & obtaining required visas is that of the contest winner and his/her traveling companion. Taxes as applicable, such as Port Handling Charges, Fuel Surcharge and Holiday Surcharge (if applicable) will be payable / borne by the winner for him/her and accompanying companion.
12.		JTB and its participating partners shall not be liable to undertake any personal or additional expenses over and above the predefined contest inclusions and neither shall both be liable for any personal loss, damage, theft or any other mishap caused to winner or to the companion travelling with the winner.
13.		Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against JTB & its participating partners.
14.		No correspondence or communication regarding clarifications on this contest or the winner will be entered into by JTB or the participating partner
15.		Participation in this contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions as stated above and also JTB's booking terms and conditions printed on our tour booking form. This contest and travel is subject to GOI & RBI rules and regulations.
